We're looking into a few reports of sporadic service and reduced speeds for customers connected to Blackgang and Brook House.
We have just pushed a software update to the backhaul link in question which will have dropped service to customers for around 5 minutes. The link is now restored, and operating at full capacity.
Sorry for the interruption, we sometimes find a short gap in service to fix an issue is better than a continually poor service.
We'll monitor the link over the next 24 hours.
