VDSL/FTTC (Fibre to the Cabinet) VDSL LNS FAILURE

Last week we experienced an issue with our LNS in Telehouse North. The symtoms were that customers were connected but could pass very little traffic - a reboot resolved this.

The problem has re-occured, and unfortunately on reboot, the LNS has failed to recover.

We currently have a Telehouse remote hands engineer switching out the unit so that we can restore service.

  • Most customers on this service are now back online.

    We're working with a small handful of customers with more complex configurations to restore their services.

    We are currently experiencing a core network issue which we are investigating.

    Next update will be at 17:30.
