Telehouse engineers are looking into a physical fibre disturbance which has dropped on of our dark fibre links.
In the meantime, we have list a different strand of fibre on a different route to restore service.
Engineer is currently on site - next update 13:00
We have identified that one of our dark fibre links between two London Datacenter's is currently down.
We have an active support case with the supplier - next update on this 13:00 if not resolved before.
In the meantime, we're re-routing all the traffic we can to an alternate path.
