We are currently experiencing a major outage across our Fixed Wireless Access service on the Isle of Wight.
We believe we have identified the origin of the fault, and we have an engineer on route.
We now believe that the network is stable and that the issue is fully resolved.

This incident is now coming to a resolution. Engineers have resolved the issue in the datacentre, customer connections are restoring and we can see a healthy amount of traffic flow for the time of night.
We'll continue to monitor this case until we're happy the network is stable, at which point we'll consider this incident resolved.
