This wasn't posted at the time of the incident as we were busy on site fixing the issue, so this is a restrospective notice.

We experienced a port drop on a distribution router in the wireless network at around 5am this morning.

This has now been resolved, and we see all affected customer sessions restoring.

If you are currently without service, please turn your equipment off at the wall for a few moments before powering back on again. If the issue persists, please contact our helpdesk.
