Our proactive monitoring system has detected that our equipment at The Fairyway Holiday Park has gone offline.

We are currenly investigating this.

We believe that this incident is now resolved, we will montitor the stablity of the service before marking this incident as resolved.

As we have received more monitoring alarms, we now believe that this is an issue with out Backhaul to The Fairway Holiday Park.

We believe that this is an external supplier fault in the Sandown Telephone Exchange and we are working with our supplier to resolve this.
