We current seeing an issue with one of our access concentrators. We have an engineer at the datacentre in question investigating the issue.

Our onsite engineer has replace the offending faulty PSU and service is now restored.

Our on-site engineer has identified an issue with the PSU in the device at fault itself - a repair is underway.

Next update 11am if not resolved before.
