We are receiving few reports of loss FTTC broadband in the Sandown area.
We currently believe that this is an external supplier fault in the Sandown Phone Exchange - we are investigating this.
We believe that this issue is now resolved - we will continue to monitor the stability of the service before marking this as resolved.
Our proactive monitoring system has detected that our equipment at The Fairyway Holiday Park has gone offline.
