We have identified that some customers connecting to our fixed 4G service via the Three network are currently unable to connect. We are currently investigating this issues which we currenly believe lies within the Three network.
We haven't been able to identify the exact cause of this issue, powering down the receiver for a few minutes and forcing the receviver to re-register on the network appears to have restored service for those customer affected.
We presume that our mobile carrier (Three) we performing maintenence of some sort leaving some subscribers unable to authenticate with our network.

We are currently experiencing rain fade on a radio link.
We are still carrying out ongoing works to minimise the effects of rain fade across the network.
Link required maintenance to re-align. Service is now fully restored
