    Fixed Wireless Access - Isle of Wight Potential power outage - Isle of Wight FWA

    We're investigating an outage affecting east and central wight - this looks to be due to a power outage in the Merstone area.

  • New parts are fitted, service is now restored.

    We consider this incident resolved.

  • Very unusual, but two faults have coincided to break our ring topology. One fault is rectified and the vast majority of customers are restored.

    A few customers in central wight are without service due to a failed DC rectifier. This is in the process of being swapped.
