We're looking into an incident affecting customers connected to Long Lane, Tapnell Farm & Porchfield. (Sites fed from Long Lane).
Current chain of though is that this is a power issue, as traffic would have re-routed if the fibre into Long Land had failed.
Engineers are looking into this. Next Update 22:00 or before if resolved.
All systems are operational and service is now completely restored.
Service is restored to the majority if customers, there is still one switch in the cabinet without power affecting a few customers in Newport.
The on-site engineer is working through this, next update 22:30 if not resolved before then.
