Upstream failure Telehouse North

It looks like our upstream carrier (GTT) in Telehouse North is having issues. We have manually downed this port and our routing tables are updating. Traffic is continuing to flow in via our Telehouse West core.

As a point of note, google services look to be unreachable at this moment in time, customers using google DNS may have difficulty resolving DNS.

  • Our Telehouse IP transit circuit has remained stable overnight, we now consider this incident to be resolved.

  • Our routing tables and reconverged traffic is now flowing nicely across the network again. Our Telehouse core has more than enough capacity to cope whilst we resolve the issue with our GTT circuit - we do however consider the core network to be at risk.
