Our network is proactively monitored 24/7/365 - whether you are a business or residential customer you can be assured that any critical outages affecting lots of customers are being addressed by our engineers even out of office hours. Faults with individual customer connections will be dealt with Monday to Friday 8:30am to 8pm and Saturdays / Bank Holiday 8:30 am to 5pm.
If you are a business customer and subscribe to a service with an SLA outside of our office hours, please refer to your customer service plan.

Fixed wireless access Isle of Wight

We are carrying out some preplanned maintenance to improve the reliability of our fixed wireless network on the Isle of Wight.
As part of this work there will be a short loss of service to any of our customers connected to the Kern mast.
This outage is unavoidable as we are switching services to a new mast.
Please do not adjust your equipment or call our helpdesk team while this outage is active as there is nothing they can do to help.
As soon as we have completed the switchover your service should reconnect.
Please accept our apologies for this interruption as we future proof our network.
